Oversees research compliance programs and initiatives including Research Security, Research Conflict of Interest, Post Approval Monitoring, NIH Data Management and Sharing, Export Controls, Visiting Scholars and Research Integrity.

Services the ORAQ provides include:

• Coordination of research conflict of interest reporting and management.
• Assistance with ERMS.
• Oversight and assistance with federal export control regulations. Learn more about Export Controls.
• Management of regulatory compliance and accreditation activities of the Research Protection Programs.
• Administration of post-approval research study monitoring for Office of the IRB, Office of Clinical Research and Clinical Trials Office.
• Development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. 
• Development of education materials and training programs for the 91PORN SA research community.
