2020 - 2021 Student Leadership Announced
Leadership at all levels is highly valued at the School of Dentistry, especially student leadership. Student leaders are more than the mere positions they assume; they take on the responsibility of being the voice of their peers to make our School better year after year.
Adriana Segura, DDS, MS, associate dean for academics, faculty and student affairs, Suman Challa, BDS, MPH, associate dean of advanced education and strategic initiatives, Stefanie Seitz, DDS, assistant dean for students, and Jo Ann Jordan, RDH, director of the dental hygiene program, are all excited to announce the 2020 – 2021 class officers and chief residents.
Chief Residents*:
• Advanced Education in General Dentistry: Rebeca M. Garcia, DDS, and Aislen Y. Medina, DDS
• Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology: Mayank Pahadia, BDS, MDS
• Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery: All 6th year OMS residents assume the chief role.
• Orthodontics: Spencer Marsh, DDS, and Komal Patel, DMD
• Pediatric Dentistry: All pediatric dentistry residents rotate the chief role.
