Class of 2026
Marwan Al-Barrak, was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. He earned his first dental degree, a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Baghdad.
After a year of practicing as a public health dentist in Kurdistan-Iraq, he moved to the United States in 2014.
He then earned his DDS degree with honors in 2022 as part of the International Student Program at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he elected to stay for another year as a general practice resident.
Dr. Marwan is thrilled to join the UTHSCSA endodontics team and looks forward to fueling his passion for the specialty.
Marwan enjoys hiking, Olympic weightlifting, and exploring food offerings in the area in his free time.
