What does wellbeing mean to you?
Wellbeing defines the equilibrium between mental health, physical health and emotional health to me. Wellbeing means I am able to enjoy what I am doing with the best mind space and physical health.
Health and Wellness advice for GSBS Faculty/Staff/Students
Make sure to care for your daily dose of "MeTime" by investing in various activities outside of usual work place such as gym, other fitness activities, art and craft, etc. Never sacrifice your mental health or physical health for anything, take a break when need be and seek help when need be.
