Wellbeing is the balance and harmony that we create within us and among each other. Awareness of self is the beginning. We find and accept our true center and approach the world with this truth.
Health and Wellness advice for GSBS Faculty/Staff/Students
Take some moments from a busy schedule to take some deep breaths. Take a brief walk and avoid sitting for extended time without at least a short break. Mindful stillness and movement go hand in hand…meditation, yoga, jogging, exercise, reading, stretching, dance, volleyball… Be mindful of your body and listen to it, and seek help when it asks for it.
