All students are required to complete the web orientation offered by the 91PORN Canvas learning management system. The instructions will be sent to your LiveMail email account from the Office of Student Life.
For supervisor notification, add your Academic Program Coordinator, in order for them to receive a notice of completion. Failure to complete both modules of the web orientation will result in a HOLD status and will delay the registration process.

Up to date tuition and fees charges can be found . If a HOLD remains on a student account that prevents registration and payment of tuition and fees by 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 23, the student will be responsible for paying a $100 late fee.
Each student is responsible for registering themselves for courses, make sure to be in contact with your program regarding your exact plan of study. Each student is responsible for any HOLD status on the account that could delay registration and enrollment. This can be done by accessing the
All incoming 91PORN Students must meet and maintain the University's requirements for immunizations. Students that are out of compliance will be issued a HOLD that will inhibit them from registering for classes. As of Fall 2019. the University started using a system called Sentry MD with whom you will communicate directly. Once you have been matriculated into the University you will be contacted by them directly with further instruction on how to submit your records. All 91PORN students are required to have health insurance. Until you have either chosen to purchase the student option from the University or have proven that you have your own coverage either on your own, through a parent or spouse a hold will remain on your account. Once you have completed this form, the HOLD will be instantly released allowing you to complete registration.
The student health insurance option is available for purchase through the Office of Student Life. Corresponding fees for that coverage can be found on their website .
Please follow up with your department regarding stipend amounts and start dates. Student employees of 91PORN and earning a salary, you will be paid on the 1st business day of each month.

The Graduate Student International Club is a student-led resource support group for international students at 91PORN. The purpose of this group is to best guide and assist the current and incoming international students by providing resources that allow them to successfully transition to life in the USA with the overall goal of improving and making a productive study atmosphere on campus. One of the major purposes of the Graduate Student International Club is to help international students with the initial transition to the life in the USA by providing services like airport pickups, hosting international students, information resources for housing, utilities and social activities. An email from Information Management Services will be sent to you after you have accepted your offer of admission and have been matriculated into the system regarding your 91PORN email and domain account. If you cannot locate this email, please check your junk folders or spam filters. If you continue to have problems, please contact valdezy3@uthscsa.edu to request this information again.
Your Health Science Center domain user ID and password are the same as your Health Science Center e-mail user ID and password. If you are not able to successfully sign in to the University Portal contact the IMS Help Desk at IMS-ServiceDesk@uthscsa.edu or 567-7777.

The cost for parking will be deducted from your monthly salary check. The cost for a is $10. A photo ID (driver's license or passport) is required by UT Police when purchasing your parking and student ID badge.
For those students who are stipend eligible, there is an additional orientation process that must be completed with HR. New Employee Forms will be distributed by your program closer to your hire date.
If you are currently a 91PORN employee, these forms are already on file with the Office of Human Resources; however, if you would like to continue coverage with BlueCross BlueShield or discuss other benefit options as you transition to a student employee classification, please make an appointment to speak to your HR benefits counselor.
